President and Chief Executive Officer
Raoul Pezet was appointed President and CEO as of February 2013. Raoul has an extensive background in industrial control and has managed several automotive French and Italian companies. Since Raoul holds an MBA in Strategic Management from IFG Lyon in France.
Finance & Supply Chain Manager
Anne Romand was appointed Finance and Supply Chain Manager in October 2015. Prior to Raydiall Anne was the financial controller of Trixell, a joint venture held by Thales, Siemens and Philips, where she was actively involved in the successful ramp-up of a leader in the medical imaging industry. Anne brings to Raydiall an understanding of an industry where quality and innovation are key success factors. She has a strong industrial experience and is dedicated to driving cost reduction and increasing productivity. Anne holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management from IAE Grenoble
Business Development Director
Serge, was one of the co-founders of starting up the new Raydiall automotive company in 2010. Prior to joining Raydiall, he started his career at Radiall in 2001 as a Project Manager for the automotive antenna division. Within that same division, Serge held several management positions including R&D Manager and Business Unit Manager. Serge holds six patents in connectors and antennas. He has published several white papers and managed partnerships with several European and American universities. Serge holds a Ph.D. in Electronics, Optronics and Microwave technology.
Nicolas was appointed the Operations Manager for Raydiall in August 2014. Prior to Raydiall, Nicolas spent 5 years in the automotive industry as Project Manager developing mechatronic modules for large OEMs. He also worked 6 years for Alstom Transport as a Technical Team Manager and control/command & information systems Manager. Nicolas has an Engineering degree from ECAM Lyon and a Masters in Management from HEC Paris.
Samuel joined Raydiall in September 2016 as a Global Sales Director. Samuel holds an MBA with a specialization in Finance a Masters´Degree in Electronics and computer science. He brings to Raydiall 20 years of technical sales experience in diverse fields of expertise. Samuel has built international sales networks and implemented successful strategies with his teams.
Sébastien has been Raydiall Automotive R&D Manager since 2010. His involvement in the development of the unique one-step crimp Fakra connector has resulted in the production of over 100 million units to date. Sebastien started his career in 1996 at Radiall in the R&D department. During his career, he has managed the development and manufacturing process of Radiall USA and several key projects for the automotive division in France. Sébastien holds more than 10 patents.
Product Manager USA
Manuel started in Raydiall in February 2015. He comes with over eight years of combined Product Engineering and Product Manager in Connectivity solution for the automotive industry. Manuel has a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Science, Metz, France. He holds a Lean design for Six Sigma Black Belt
